Responsabilites

  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities in the lifting, handling, and construction equipment sector​
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Understand clients' specific needs for rental, purchase, or mechanical services and provide tailored solutions
  • Efficiently manage client interactions using a CRM system
  • Analyze sales performance and adjust strategies to meet and exceed targets
  • Lead and train a sales team to optimize commercial performance​

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the lifting, handling, or construction equipment industry. A transition from an internal sales role is also considered
  • Languages: Excellent command of French
  • Interpersonal skills: Natural charisma, ease in starting conversations, and ability to build trust with clients
  • Autonomy and motivation: Ability to manage your schedule and perform independently
  • Technological proficiency: Strong knowledge of CRM and ERP tools for efficient operations management

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Odoo 
  • Additional languages
  • Technical experience or in-depth knowledge of industry equipment
